Here’s a simple “throw it all in” raw chicken tenderloins recipe that’s easy and flavorful:

One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lbs raw chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
  • Vegetables of your choice (broccoli, carrots, potatoes, zucchini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place raw chicken tenderloins in a baking dish.
  3. Add oil, garlic, seasonings, lemon juice, and butter. Toss until coated.
  4. Add vegetables around the chicken if desired.
  5. Bake uncovered for 18–25 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Easy variations

  • Creamy: Add a little cream cheese or a splash of heavy cream during the last few minutes.
  • Spicy: Add chili flakes or hot sauce.
  • BBQ: Coat with BBQ sauce and bake until done.
  • Crispy: Coat lightly with breadcrumbs and Parmesan before baking.

Serve with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or a salad.
