Put 2 drops in your ear and you will hear like before. Recover your hearing.

“Put 2 Drops in Your Ear and You Will Hear Like Before” — Is It True?

Be very cautious with this claim. There is no universal two-drop remedy that can restore hearing loss. Hearing loss has many causes, including earwax, infection, damaged inner-ear structures, aging, noise exposure and certain medications, and the appropriate treatment depends on the cause. (NIDCD)

👂 When ear drops can actually help

If hearing is reduced because of earwax blocking the ear canal, certain pharmacy ear drops can soften the wax and allow it to come out. NHS guidance lists preparations such as olive or almond oil for this purpose. They don’t repair hearing loss caused by the inner ear or auditory nerve. (NHS Inform)

Don’t put drops into an ear if you know or suspect you have a perforated eardrum, unless a healthcare professional specifically recommends them. (NHS Inform)

🚨 Sudden hearing loss is different

If your hearing suddenly becomes much worse—particularly in one ear—don’t experiment with homemade drops or wait for it to improve. Sudden sensorineural hearing loss can be a medical emergency, and delaying evaluation and treatment can reduce the chance of recovery. (NIDCD)

Bottom line: Two drops might help only in certain cases of earwax, depending on what the drops actually contain. They cannot reliably “restore hearing” in general. If you tell me what the two drops are supposed to be (for example, olive oil, hydrogen peroxide, garlic oil, etc.), I can tell you whether they’re safe and whether there’s evidence they work.
