3 Minute Fudge

3-Minute Fudge (Quick & Easy)Ingredients

  • 3 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt to a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat in 15–30 second bursts until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla if using.
  5. Spread into the pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Easy add-ins:

  • Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Peanut butter swirl
  • Crushed peppermint
  • Sea salt on top
  • Mini marshmallows

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to about a week. 🍫
