3-Minute Fudge (Quick & Easy)Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan with parchment paper.
- Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat in 15–30 second bursts until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla if using.
- Spread into the pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
Easy add-ins:
- Chopped walnuts or pecans
- Peanut butter swirl
- Crushed peppermint
- Sea salt on top
- Mini marshmallows
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to about a week. 🍫
