Grandma’s 3-Ingredient Summer Chicken & Gravy 🍗
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
(Optional: a little water or chicken broth to thin the sauce)
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a slow cooker or baking dish.
- Spread the cream of chicken soup over the top.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over everything.
- Cook until the chicken is fork tender:
- Slow cooker: Low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours
- Oven: Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45–60 minutes, until cooked through
- Spoon the rich gravy over the chicken and serve.
