“The Plant That Cures Everything”—Liver, Eyesight, Kidneys, Intestines, Heart and Bones?

This is a misleading health claim. There is no plant scientifically proven to cure diseases of the liver, kidneys, heart, intestines, eyes and bones all at once.

The viral article using this wording appears to promote a mixture involving raisins and lemon and makes broad claims about supporting multiple organs. (Sante Nutrition)

🌿 What about “miracle” plants?

Plants can certainly contain useful nutrients and biologically active compounds. For example, a nutritious diet containing fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains can support cardiovascular and overall health. But that is very different from curing organ diseases.

Be especially skeptical of claims that a plant or drink can “detox” several organs. Your liver and kidneys already perform important waste-processing and elimination functions, and there isn’t good evidence that a homemade detox drink can cleanse them. (Africa Check)

⚠️ Don’t replace medical treatment

Kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, vision disorders and intestinal diseases have very different causes and treatments. A herbal remedy shouldn’t replace prescribed medication or medical evaluation.

Bottom line: There is no credible “one plant cures everything” remedy. If a post names a particular plant, send me its name or the link, and I can check what it actually does, what evidence supports it, and whether it has any risks or drug interactions.
