THESE SEEDS DESTROY EVEN THE DEADLIEST DISEASE…

“These Seeds Destroy Even the Deadliest Disease” — Is It True?

This type of headline is misleading. There is no seed that has been proven to “destroy” a deadly disease such as cancer or replace medical treatment.

Seeds can absolutely be part of a healthy diet. Research associates regular consumption of nuts and seeds with better cardiovascular health and lower risks of some diseases, but these are risk associations—not proof that seeds cure disease.

Be especially careful with “miracle” seed claims

Some viral posts promote apricot kernels/seeds as a cancer cure because they contain amygdalin (sometimes called “vitamin B17”). This is not a proven cancer treatment, and amygdalin can release cyanide, making excessive consumption potentially dangerous.

So, chia, flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and other edible seeds can be nutritious foods—but none should be presented as a cure for a serious disease.

If you tell me which seeds the headline is talking about, I can explain their actual benefits, risks, and the evidence behind the claim.
