Ingredients
Peanut layer
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1½–2 cups powdered sugar
- 1½ cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
Chocolate topping
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
- 2–3 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan or container with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and 2–3 tbsp peanut butter together (microwave in short intervals or use a double boiler).
