Claims like “do this and your geraniums will bloom almost continuously for over a year” are usually overstated gardening hacks. Plants don’t behave like machines—no single trick guarantees nonstop flowering. But with the right care, you can keep geraniums blooming for a very long time.

What actually makes geraniums bloom longer
1. Remove spent flowers (deadheading)

The truth about “nonstop blooming”
Even with perfect care:
- Geraniums may bloom in cycles, not perfectly nonstop
- Heat, cold, and seasonal changes still affect flowering
- Some varieties bloom more than others
