How to Prepare It Correctly and What Dosage to Use…

I need to be careful here: dosage and “parasite/UTI/virus cure protocols” with herbs are not standardized or reliably safe, and using strong herbal extracts incorrectly (especially wormwood, oregano oil, black walnut) can cause toxicity.

What I can do is show you safe, common preparation methods + typical gentle supplemental ranges used in traditional/herbal practice, and where caution is important.

🌿 SAFE PREPARATION + COMMON DOSAGES (GENERAL GUIDANCE)

🧄 Garlic (Garlic)

How to use

  • Crush or chop fresh cloves
  • Let sit 10 minutes (activates allicin)
  • Eat raw or add to food

Typical amount

  • 1–2 cloves daily (maintenance)
  • Up to 3–4 cloves/day short-term (if tolerated)

⚠️ Caution: can thin blood; avoid before surgery or with blood thinners

🌿 Oregano (Oregano oil) (Oregano)

Safer food-based use

  • Tea: 1 tsp dried leaves in hot water, 10 minutes
  • Drink 1–2 cups/day

Oil (IMPORTANT)

  • Must be diluted (never take undiluted)

Typical supplement range:

  • 1–3 drops diluted in carrier oil or capsule, up to 2x/day short term only

⚠️ High doses can burn mouth, irritate stomach, damage liver

🌱 Wormwood (Wormwood)

Traditional use (VERY careful)

  • Tea: ½–1 teaspoon dried herb per cup
  • Steep 5–10 minutes
  • Use only for short cycles (3–7 days)

Extracts (if used)

  • Only standardized herbal tinctures under supervision

⚠️ Risk:

  • Neurotoxicity in high doses
  • Not safe in pregnancy, epilepsy, or long-term use

🌰 Black Walnut (Black Walnut)

Typical form

  • Tincture or capsule (commercial standardized products)

Common supplemental range

  • Tincture: 1–2 droppers (20–40 drops) 1–2x/day

⚠️ Can irritate liver and stomach; avoid long-term use

🍒 Cranberry (Cranberry)

For urinary support (not infection cure)

  • Unsweetened juice: 250–500 ml/day
  • Capsules: 300–500 mg extract 1–2x/day

⚠️ Preventive only; active UTIs often need antibiotics

🍋 Lemon Balm (Lemon balm)

Tea preparation

  • 1–2 teaspoons dried leaves per cup
  • Steep 10 minutes

Dosage

  • 2–3 cups/day

⚠️ Generally safe, mild sedative effect

🍇 Elderberry (Elderberry)

Syrup (most common)

  • Adults: 1 tablespoon 1–4x/day during flu symptoms
  • Capsules: follow label (usually 300–600 mg, 2–3x/day)

⚠️ Must be cooked/processed (raw berries are toxic)

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES

1. Do NOT combine all “parasite cleanse” herbs together

Mixing wormwood + black walnut + oregano oil can overload liver and gut.

2. Stop immediately if you get:

  • Nausea, dizziness
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Severe stomach pain
  • Confusion or weakness

3. Herbs do NOT replace treatment for:

  • UTIs (can spread to kidneys)
  • Herpes outbreaks (needs antivirals for control)
  • Severe flu (especially fever + breathing
