- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (6 oz) box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 1½ cups chicken broth (or water)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
- In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the hot chicken broth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the stuffing evenly over the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the stuffing is lightly browned.
Optional additions
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or broccoli
