Recipe

My husband begs for this every Sunday dinner and scrapes the pan clean. I can’t believe this is only 4 ingredients..

4-Ingredient Chicken & Stuffing BakeIngredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 oz) box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
  • 1½ cups chicken broth (or water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
  4. Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
  5. In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the hot chicken broth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon the stuffing evenly over the chicken.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the stuffing is lightly browned.

Optional additions

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or broccoli
  • ½ cup sour cream mixed into the soup for a creamier sauce
  • A sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking

Serve with green beans, roasted carrots, or mashed potatoes for a comforting Sunday dinner.
