My nana taught me this hack to make dusty blinds sparkle in 2 mins with 0 work. Here’s how it works

It sounds like you’re sharing a headline or hook for a cleaning tip. If you want the actual “hack,” here’s a simple version people often use:

The 2-minute dusty blind trick:

  1. Grab an old (clean) sock and put it over your hand.
  2. Lightly dampen it with water (or a tiny bit of white vinegar mixed with water for extra grime).
  3. Run your sock-covered fingers along each blind slat, gripping both sides as you wipe.
  4. Shake out the sock or rinse it when it gets dusty.

The microfiber/sock texture traps dust instead of just pushing it around, and cleaning both sides of each slat at once speeds things up.

For delicate wood blinds, avoid soaking them—use a dry microfiber cloth or barely damp cloth to protect the finish.
