If you mean the two small dimples on the lower back just above the buttocks, they’re commonly called “Venus dimples” (or sacral dimples when referring to certain anatomical depressions).
They usually do not mean that you have or don’t have a particular disease, fertility level, fitness level, or body type. They’re simply a normal anatomical variation caused by the way the ligaments and skin attach around the pelvis.
If the “holes” are actually deep openings, pits, or dimples present from birth, especially if they’re located over the spine and associated with hair, a skin tag, drainage, pain, or neurological symptoms, that’s different and should be evaluated by a clinician.
