A natural remedy for parasites and urinary tract infections

If you mean one natural remedy that treats both intestinal parasites and a urinary tract infection (UTI), there isn’t a scientifically proven one. These are different infections and generally require different treatments.

🌿 What natural measures can do
Drink adequate water: helps maintain hydration and may help with urinary symptoms, but it does not eliminate a UTI.

Cranberry: may help prevent recurrent UTIs in some people, particularly women with recurrent infections, but it is not a treatment for an existing UTI.

Garlic, pumpkin seeds, herbs, vinegar, etc.: they’re sometimes advertised as “parasite cleanses,” but they shouldn’t be relied upon to eradicate an intestinal parasite.
⚠️ Don’t delay treatment

Most bacterial UTIs are treated with an appropriate antibiotic when indicated.

Intestinal parasites likewise require identification of the specific parasite because treatment varies.

If you have burning urination, frequent/urgent urination, lower abdominal pain, fever, back/flank pain, blood in urine, or suspected worms, getting tested is safer than trying a combined home remedy. Fever, vomiting, or pain in the back/side with urinary symptoms can indicate a kidney infection and needs prompt medical attention.
