Fresh Fruit Salad
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)
Optional Dressing
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- A few mint leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruit.
- Combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, apple, and orange in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon/lime juice, honey, and mint.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss.
