Ingredients

Cake:

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk

  1. Prepare oven: Preheat to 175°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
  2. Make batter:
    In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

    Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Layer & swirl:
    Pour half the batter into the pan.
    Sprinkle cinnamon swirl mixture evenly.
    Add remaining batter on top and gently swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake:
    Bake 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Glaze:
    Mix powdered sugar, milk, honey, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm cake.
