Here’s why:

  • High cholesterol cannot be reduced to “zero” with a home recipe. Cholesterol is essential for your body. The goal is to keep cholesterol in a healthy range through diet, exercise, and, for some people, medication.
  • Arthritis is a group of joint conditions. While treatments can reduce pain and inflammation, there is no drink or food that eliminates arthritis in three days.
