Claims like “Take this for three days and you’ll have zero cholesterol, zero arthritis, and zero fatigue” are not credible and are not supported by medical evidence.
Here’s why:
- High cholesterol cannot be reduced to “zero” with a home recipe. Cholesterol is essential for your body. The goal is to keep cholesterol in a healthy range through diet, exercise, and, for some people, medication.
- Arthritis is a group of joint conditions. While treatments can reduce pain and inflammation, there is no drink or food that eliminates arthritis in three days.
- Fatigue has many possible causes, including poor sleep, anemia, thyroid disease, infections, depression, medication side effects, and chronic illnesses. A single recipe cannot treat all of them.
Some healthy recipes—such as those containing fruits, vegetables, oats, nuts, or ginger—can be part of a balanced diet, but they should not be viewed as cures.
If you’ve seen a specific recipe, share the ingredients, and I can explain:
- Whether it’s safe.
- Whether any ingredients have evidence-based health benefits.
- Whether there are any risks or interactions with medications.
