  • 2 lbs (900 g) raw chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1 cup salsa or marinara sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or your favorite seasoning blend)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly grease a glass casserole dish.
  2. Add the chicken
    • Place the chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the casserole dish.
    • Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning.
  3. Add the sauce and cheese
    • Spread salsa or marinara sauce evenly over the chicken.
