- 700 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 250–300 g egg noodles
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Crockpot Method
- Add chicken
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add flavour
- Pour in chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
- Add butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Cook
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 5–6 hours
- High: 2–3 hours
- Chicken should be cooked through and tender.
- Cover and cook:
- Shred chicken
- Remove chicken, shred with forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Add noodles
- Stir in egg noodles during the final 20–30 minutes of cooking until tender.
- Add a little extra broth if the noodles need more liquid.
- Serve
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
