Here’s a simple 3-ingredient chicken recipe that’s easy, flavorful, and requires minimal prep:

3-Ingredient Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced

(Optional: Add salt and pepper if you have them, but the recipe works with the three main ingredients.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with minced garlic.
  4. Pour the garlic butter over the chicken, coating it well.
  5. Bake for 25–35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 74°C (165°F) internally.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with rice, vegetables, salad, or bread.

You can also make a 3-ingredient version with chicken + honey + soy sauce or chicken + salsa + cheese if you want a different flavor style.
