Take 2 tablespoons in the morning and say goodbye to bone pain, nerve pain, cartilage pain,

That’s a classic social media “miracle cure” claim, and it’s not medically reliable.

Phrases like “take 2 tablespoons and say goodbye to bone, nerve, and cartilage pain” are almost always marketing or viral exaggeration. No single food, oil, or drink can eliminate all of those types of pain.

Why this claim is misleading

Bone pain, nerve pain, and cartilage pain are different problems

Each has different causes:

  • Bone pain: arthritis, fractures, vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis
  • Nerve pain: diabetes, nerve compression, vitamin B12 deficiency, neuropathy
  • Cartilage/joint pain: osteoarthritis, injury, wear and tear

There is no single remedy that cures all of them at once.

What “2 tablespoons” is usually referring to

These posts often promote things like:

  • Olive oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Turmeric mixtures
  • Honey + lemon drinks
  • Black seed oil

Some of these may have mild anti-inflammatory effects, but:

  • They do not “remove” structural joint damage
  • They do not cure nerve disease
  • They do not replace medical treatment

What actually helps these types of pain

1. For bone and joint pain

  • Vitamin D and calcium (if deficient)
  • Strength training / physiotherapy
  • Weight management
  • Anti-inflammatory medications if prescribed

2. For nerve pain

  • Blood sugar control (if diabetic)
  • Vitamin B12 if deficient
  • Prescription nerve pain medications when needed

3. For cartilage/joint wear (arthritis)

  • Movement and low-impact exercise
  • Physical therapy
  • Medical treatments (NSAIDs, injections in some cases)

Important warning

If someone has ongoing:

  • Joint pain
  • Burning or tingling nerves
  • Chronic bone pain

…it should not be treated only with home remedies. These symptoms often need proper diagnosis.
